Insight Design with the collaboration of our professional team and supported by the most current technical and computer capabilities, is committed to providing a full range of architectural services for a wide variety of clients.
As a continuation of an architectural practice founded in Miami in 1997, this commitment has produced a varied and extensive portfolio of successfully completed work recognized by awards received within the professional community, independent authorities and an extensive list of repeat clients.
Concentrating on three core areas of practice; Architecture, Interior Design and Master Planning; ID has steadily grown to become an international organization providing professional design, technical and management expertise for projects in South Florida. ID headquarters are in the City of Miami.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Over the last 25 years ID has been engaged in an extensive variety of commissions. Our present workload includes commercial office buildings, multi- family housing, banking and financial institutions, schools, and hotels.
ID’s designs do not impose a personal style on its client’s buildings. A close working relationship consisting of open dialogue and easy communication will help find design solutions to accommodate the client’s objectives--maintaining budgetary parameters while creating buildings of architectural significance.

Every ID project begins with a Facilities Requirements Program. It is the firm’s conviction that design begins with problem definition.
At ID, Programming is the process of achieving client/designer agreement on the parameters of the problems and on which criteria will be used to measure solutions.
An analytical and objective program is essential for the success of a subsequent design project.
In planning terms, ID’s Programs express client policies as well as space needs. The programming stage of an assignment offers our clients unique opportunities to provide not only for current needs, but to plan for future goals as well.

Over the last two plus decades, ID has designed and built in several million square feet of corporate interiors. Our individual commissions range from 5,000 to 150 thousand square feet with clients including financial firms, law firms, insurance companies, corporations and government agencies.
Our sustained success, as represented by hundreds of distinct and separate repeat commissions during this period, has helped make ID a leader in the field of interior design.
ID is not committed to any specific style. We are at home with contemporary and modern as well as traditional approaches. We avoid a “ID Look.” This assures the client a full and fresh approach to the particular interior in which he or she will feel most comfortable.
